I’m almost 38. I hate to exercise. I hate the level of health and total lack of fitness I found myself in at the end of 2012. A number of things conspired to push me toward something I NEVER, EVER thought I’d do, CrossFit. Two weeks into it I’m 6’0″, 254.6lbs, 34.5BMI and 32.1% body fat and I’m loving the WOD’s and looking forward to every one more and more. I’m sick, but now in a good way! Let’s hope it’s contagious…
